Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Due to the time, product, and staff preparation required for our high-value treatments, we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a $35 fee depending on the service type and reason for the change. • Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without giving notice (no-show) will result in a charge of $35. • Repeat late-cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments requiring pre-payment or deposit.
